Fun Ways to Relieve Stress:
  • Go to the park and swing.
  • Watch a movie.
  • Play a game.
  • Make a random trip to Wal-Mart
  • Read a book for fun.
  • Eat your favorite ice cream.
  • Ride a bike.
  • Go to the store and read funny cards.
  • Make a tasty snack.
  • Go to bed early one night.
  • Everyday get rid of one thing that you never use.
  • Play Frisbee.
  • Go for a walk.
  • Write in a journal.
  • Talk to an old friend on the phone.
  • Look at the stars.
